Fantastic $30 Cartography Software Bundle Represents a Online Gaming Game Master's Fantasy

Following a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of additional tools and content enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the applications only function on Windows.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief.
